The annual summit of SCO -- Shanghai Cooperation Organization -- just took place in Astana, Kazakhstan.
I was interviewed by Yawen Xu from China's CGTN.
We discussed SCO's history, accomplishments, why counter-terrorism is a big focus for SCO, why terrorism needs cooperation between countries, but how some countries (like the USA!) arm and fund terrorists for geopolitical objectives, and the future of SCO.
